Lost Lore: Ecology of the Basilisk

Ecology of the Basilisk takes an in-depth look at this creature of legend, proffering its potential genesis, special physiology, and psychology. New spells, feats, and magic items aid characters in their hunt against the stone-creating lizards, along with suggestions on how to use existing feats and spells to the player's advantage. The GM, too, has new options, including an advanced mythic basilisk and rules for a naturally awakened basilisk — a new monstrous class progress that awakens the basilisk, giving it frightening intellect and allowing the GM to challenge her players in new ways.
